Q:How long can I expect to get the sample? 

A:After you pay the sample charge and confirmed files, samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days and it will be sent out via express and arrive in 3-5 days.

 

Q:How do you send sample and goods, and how long does it take to arrive? 

A:We usually send sample by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For goods we send by ship most.

 

Q:What about the lead time for mass production? 

A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Always 3-5days based on 1000pcs.
